The Nintendo Wii Winners
This page will list the winners of the 7 Nintendo Wii’s with a Sports Package and a 42” Flat Screen, High Definition Television from the Filled Up Take order forms submitted to the Jefferson Service Center each week.
Deadlines for qualifiers to fax Filled Up Take Order forms to 706-693-2446 are October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd. 30th and November 6th. Filled Up forms are only eligible for the drawing during the week they are received in the council office. After the drawing for November 7th qualifiers, all Filled Up Take Order Forms will then be eligible for a drawing for a 42” High Definition LCD TV.
Week One Winner - Congratulations Joshua!
Patty Talarek, one of our Apalachee District Popcorn Chairman, is shown here presenting a Nintendo Wii to Joshua C. Joshua is a Bear Cub in Pack 518 in the Apalachee District. His name was drawn from 49 qualifiers for the first of seven Nintendo Wii’s that will be given away by the Northeast Georgia Council during the Fall Popcorn Sale.
Week Two Winner - Congratulations Esteban!
Terry McGarey, one of the Chattahoochee District Popcorn Chairman, presented a Nintendo Wii to Esteban G at the Chattahoochee Roundtable. Esteban is a Bear Cub in Pack 700. Esteban’s name was drawn from 52 qualifiers for the second of seven Nintendo Wii’s that are being given away by the Northeast Georgia Council during the Fall Popcorn Sale.
Week Three Winner - Congratulations Jimmy!
Jimmy C. a Cub Scout in Pack 200 in Winder is excited to receive his Nintendo Wii. Jimmy is from Cumming in the Etowah District. Jimmy’s name was drawn from 42 entries in week 3 of the Trail’s End Popcorn Sale.
Week Four Winner - Congratulations Kyle!
Kyle B. a Boy Scout from Troop 221 in the Chattahoochee District is shown with the Nintendo Wii that he won in the drawing after the fourth week of the Popcorn Sale. His name was drawn from 39qualifiers for the fourth of seven Nintendo Wii’s that will be given away by the Northeast Georgia Council during the Fall Popcorn Sale.
Week Five Winner - Congratulations Brodie!
Brodie M of Buford is the winner of the week 5 drawing for a Nintendo Wii.
Brodie is a Webelos Scout in Pack 542 in the Apalachee District is shown with his Webelos Leader – his Papa Jim. Brodie’s name was drawn from 66 entries during the fifth week of the Council Popcorn Sale.
Week Six Winner - Congratulations Jabe!

The winner of the drawing for the sixth Nintendo Wii to be given away during the annual Northeast Georgia Council Popcorn Sale went to Jabe R. He is a Boy Scout from Cumming in Troop 3740 in the Etowah District. Jabe turned in five filled up take order forms during week 6 and 9 during the entire sale. His form was selected from 106 completed Take Order forms during the 6th week of the sale.
Week Seven Winner - Congratulations Andrew!
Andrew M received the seventh and final Nintendo Wii awarded during the Council Popcorn Sale. Andrew is a Bear Cub Scout in Pack 582 in Snellville. He is from the Sweetwater District. Andrew completed his take order form by selling just over $500 in popcorn products. His entry was selected from 234 Filled Up Take Order Froms during the final week of the sale.

The Grand Prize in the Northeast Georgia Council Popcorn Sale Contest was awarded to Bailey W. Bailey is a Life Scout in Troop 774 in Winder. Bailey received a 42” high definition flat panel LCD television. It was installed at no cost to his family by the Mike Cash Family of Companies in Monroe. Bailey completed one Take Order form during the sale and sold more than $600 in popcorn products. His entry was chosen from 590 completed take order forms. 547 Scouts completed at least one Take Order form during the sale.
Congratulations to all of these Scouts for quite an achievement!
