Merit Badge Completions at Summer Camp

In order to allow units to have more of a part in the quality control aspect concerning merit badges offered at camp and to comply with the National Advancement Policy the Northeast Georgia Council is implementing, for the 2013 summer camp season, a procedure concerning who is allowed to sign off on merit badge completions.
