Scout Show 2013
On April 27, 2013, the Northeast Georgia Council will be conducting our annual Scout Show for 2013 where Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers, Explorers, friends and family come together to share in Scouting traditions. This event is held each year at the Gwinnett County Fair Grounds so Scouts of all ages can demonstrate their Scouting skills, learn new skills from fellow Scouts and have a great day of Scouting. The Scout Show will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Special events from other community organizations and businesses will also be on display.

The Northeast Georgia Council would like to invite your unit to participate in the 2013 festivities by showcasing a booth that shows what your scouts have learned this year. Ideas for the booths are:
Camp Cooking Nature Displays
Catapults Neckerchief Slide Crafts
CPR & First Aid Rain Gutter Regatta
Crafts Geocaching
Monkey Bridge Survival Kits
While these are only a few ideas, there are many other ideas of exhibits that your unit can do. Think of the activities your Scouts like to do best and demonstrate them at Scout Show this year. Troops, Packs and Crews may also camp Friday and Saturday evenings and enjoy the evening festivities.
